The services we provide are as follows

  • Prepare a CMA for the property
  • Advertise your property, including photography, on the MLS, REALTOR.com, ZILLOW, and several other real estate websites.
  • Place our distinctive yard sign in a prominent area of your front yard. This sign was designed with its metal scroll effect to give the best possible curb appeal.
  • When selling a Condominium, we are unable to utilize these yard signs therefore the appropriate OPEN HOUSE, signs will be used.
  • We will assess your property, and if need be inform you of items that need attention both inside and out, that would be beneficial when showing it to potential buyers.
  • Hold open houses and keep you informed of the results.
  • Collect pertinent data on values, taxes, utility costs, etc.
  • Keep you informed at all times of any clients viewing the home and the results.
  • If you are in residence, we will call and make an appointment to show your home at your convenience.
  • We prefer to personally show your property, however we can place a lock box to the door enabling other Realtors with clients to show your home if we are unavailable. They are logged into and out of the home and we are notified.
  • The above tools give your property  maximum exposure to attract qualified buyers

  • When marketing a properterty, there are major factors taht will influence the outcome. All of these factors must be considerd on order to obtain a sale at the higest selling price.

  • We are responsible for marketing and showing the property and obtaining qualified buyers
  • Neither party can change either the location, or the market conditions and there will always be competing properties
  • As the seller, you have control of the terms and conditions as well as the list price of property. Please keep in mind that a competitive price will attract more prospects
